We gladly accept returns of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in saleable condition with a receipt from our website within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. For sanitary reasons, returns are not available for our teething necklaces unless they are defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment mistake on our part.
As soon as the returned items are received and approved by our distribution center, the refund will be processed. Returned items must be delivered in the original packaging and saleable condition. We highly recommend an insured and trackable shipping method.
